About "The Conscious Groove"
We are Josh & Lemia and Joshua are founders of "The Conscious Groove", a band of harmonious gypsies that travel around and spread Loving vibrations through sound, ancient mysticism, rituals, and prayers for healing.
We vibrate positive lyrics and mantras from many different traditions and belief systems in order to connect to our higher self and the vibrations that unite us as One.
Joshua Bowser is a singer/songwriter and a rhythm guitar player who believes that music and nature are the greatest examples of how to connect and find harmony and joy in life. Lemia is a singer/songwriter and hand drummer who shares her heart song in order to help herself and others find healing, truth, and freedom through sound. They play together in live music yoga classes, concerts, sound baths, retreats, and charity events in Southern California and beyond. Since music is the universal language of Love, Joshua and Lemia find the greatest joy in sharing their sacred music with all who come to listen and sing along.
